Customer Question

We have a Panasonic KX-T7633. We have a manual. It is very confusing. We are trying to change some of the one touch dialing buttons. We have a new police number and we can't seem to get it programmed in. It keeps telling me that we are overloaded or reached our limit. We don't know how to erase the number that is currently there. Could you please help me or tell me where to go to find this detailed help. thank you so much!!
