I purchased a new 4 station phone system (KX-TGE274) from Best Buy in late March. ever since I installed it, connected to Comcast, the screen on each of the 4 handsets constantly reads "Voice Mail MSG via Phone Co." Have called Comcast twice to make sure that their messaging system cancelled and disconnected.They assure me that it is. However, I still have the same message on each handset screen, along with the blinking Ringer Indicator. How do I solve this problem.

Hi Ian,If you press the ANSWER ON/OFF button on the base station, does hte message on the handsets disappear?
