I recently purchased a Panasonic KXTGF353N telephone system

Customer Question

I recently purchased a Panasonic KXTGF353N telephone system for my landline. It has the capability of blocking up to 250 phone numbers. Is there any way to unblock a phone number after it has been blocked?

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones. To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) Do you have the manual with you and if so, can you tell me the TITLE you see at the top-right column of page 20?I only ask so we can get on the "same page" - so to speak. Thanks

erasing all call block numbers

OK - I have that on page 21, so please go back a column or two - or perhaps a page, and look for the title "Viewing/editing/erasing call block numbers" That is the section we will be working in. While you find that, I will prepare a "highlighted instruction sheet", that makes it easier to understand (hopefully). Let me know when you have found that section.

actually, this is making me nervous. you have my credit card number and I do not want a free trial nor do I want to keep adding charges. I want to cancel this now. I did not understand when I clicked on that this was a membership service. I thought I was getting a Panasonic site. Cancel. I am calling American Express to tell them that this has evolved into a long-term charge to my credit card that I am contesting. Thank you for your time but cancel this request.

Hi again, Any requests you are seeing on your side of this system (for "trials", etc.) are OPTIONAL and can be turned down. Also, we experts here are "users" of the site - just like you - and have NO ACCESS to ANY of your personal and private information (including card numbers). If you have ANY concerns about the site, You can contact the Customer Service department at the following page: should also have an option in the upper right corner of that page to contact them via email, chat, or phone.=============================== If you can get your concerns resolved and want to continue with your question, just let me know HERE, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks
