Kx T61610 system. incoming call rings once and will not allow

Customer Question

kx T61610 system. incoming call rings once and will not allow pickup. It is possible to answer the call by pressing the line button that flashed. The call is still there but the caller senses a hang up . This is somehow related to the pickup groups. Is there a way to bypass that portion of the programming? Is there a defective part that is causing this problem? It began suddenly and has never occurred before. L. Scott Auto Electric Sales ( email *******************)

Hi Larry,Were there any power outages or other problems with the system before this started occurring? If you haven't already done so, can you try powering off the system for a few minutes, then reboot it again and let me know if there is any improvement?
