I received Panasonic KX-TGE233 phone on 3-10-16. worked great

Customer Question

I received Panasonic KX-TGE233 phone on 3-10-16. worked great until two wks ago. The caller and I couldn't hear each other. I moved it to another location and did everything the operating instructions suggested. What can I do next? Thanks for any help. Dee

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Dee. Can you tell me a bit more about the problem please:1) If you have multiple handsets (within the same system), does this happen with all of them? 2) Are there other phones or even a fax, outside of this system but on the same line? If so are they working properly?3) Is this a landline from the local phone/cable company, or a VOIP service (vonage/magicjack/etc)?4) Do you have dsl service on the same line?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
1. Yes, I have two handsets. This does not happen with them
2. No fax or other phones
3 The phone was initially on a dsl service when this problem started and I moved to a landline connection
4. I imagine it is now on dsl service even tho I moved it to another connection.

Sorry your #1 reply is a bit confusing. So it happens on one of the panasonic handsets but not the other?
