I have a cordless phone (base and one phone). On the same phone line I have two land line phones also. My cordless ones do not work at all buy the two land line ones do. I have
had the batteries on both cordless phones checked and they are good. Can you help me?

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Model Number of the phone system you are working with? That model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit, and usually starts with a letter or two, and then a four-digit number. NOTE: DECT 6.0 is a generic name for the technology of the phone.
2) What is the AGE of this system and HOW were the batteries CHECKED?
3) Is there anything on the DISPLAY of the handsets, when you try to use them (or not)?
