Customer Question

We have Panasonic 6.0 plus phones with answering machine. I want to have just the answering machine phone to answer the phone and when they leave a message on the answering machine I don't want to hear the message on the other 5 phones. How do I turn the other phones off so you don't hear the message?

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

What is the complete model number of your system? This is printed on the main base station and starts with KX-TG

I’ve attempted to accept your call request, but it appears to have failed on your end due to a payment issue. You may need to increase your deposit or clear a security hold on your account. I’ll resend a new phone offer from my end that may be more readily processed.

We can continue here, as well.

The feature you are referring to is the call screen function.

To disable that, grab a handset and key in:
Menu #310

up/down to select OFF

Repeat as needed on the other handsets.
