You can set this up to send a call to a certain jack number on the system when a key is pressed. There are several steps to this that I will outline for you. If you are already using the system, then many of these steps can be skipped, depending on what you have setup so far.

Step 1. Set the CO Lines for DISA/AA Service
Programming must be done from extension 101
Leave the handset in the cradle and press the PROGRAM button
Dial *#1234 (STAR POUND 1 2 3 4)
Dial 414
Press the SP-PHONE button
Dial * (STAR) Sets all lines for DISA or dial a specific CO for individual control.
Press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button until the display flashes “CO *:DISA:OGM-“
Dial 1
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button
Press the HOLD button
Step 2. Assign Dialed Digit to Extension Jacks
Dial 501
Press the SP-PHONE button
Dial 1
Press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button until the display reads “1:Jack-“
Dial the jack number you want the call to go to when the caller dials 1.
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button to save your setting.
Press the SP-PHONE button and the display will change to “2:Not Stored”
Dial the jack number you want the call to go to when the caller dials 2.
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button to save your setting.
Repeat the steps until you have entered all jack locations you need.
Press PROGRAM button when done.
Example: Dial 1 for Jack 03
Dial 2 for Jack 06
Dial 3 for Jack 02
Step 3. Assign Auto Attendant to DISA
Dial 500
Press the SP-PHONE button
Press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button until the display flashes “With AA”
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button
Press the HOLD button
Step 4. Assign Call Waiting to DISA
Dial 506
Press the SP-PHONE button
Press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button until the display flashes “Call Waiting”
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button
Press the HOLD button
Step 5. Assign “No Dial” to DISA
Dial 510
Press the SP-PHONE button
Press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button until the display flashes “Disconnect”
Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button
Press the HOLD button

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your instructions.
What does DISA/AA mean?
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 1 year ago.

Sorry... DISA is Direct Inward System Access

Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 1 year ago.

AA is Auto Answer

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What does CO mean and what do you mean by STAR POUND?
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 1 year ago.

Star is *, pound is #

Public telephone lines connected to traditional TDM-based PBX systems are commonly referred to as "CO-lines"

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Thanks for the translation. US terminology is different to Aus. :)
I will check out the instructions, however I will probably need to get back to you.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi again Michael,
I have tried your instructions and the phone doesn't display the instructions you have given me.
We have the phone set up for a 'line hunt' so we don't want to redirect our calls, we just want the message to be picked up when we have a call. We have 6 lines coming into our phone system.
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 1 year ago.

I'm not going to have the time to walk through this with you, so I will open the question up to other experts.

Could it be just the following part of instructions that I have to do rather than the whole lot?
step 3. Assign Auto Attendant to DISA
Dial 500
Press the SP-Phone button
Press the Auto Ans/Mute button until the disply flashes 'with AA'
Press the Hold button.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried the step 3 instructions and they don't work
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have sorted out the problem
the issue was that the night mode switch was on and stopping the message from being picked up.
Expert:  Michael Hannigan replied 1 year ago.

So,.is the problem resolved for you now?

If you are all set, I would appreciate a moment of your time to rate my level of service at your convenience. Thank you.
