Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Please tell me where you're seeing/hearing this message at, as well as provide the model number of your phone system (off the base station, not the handset)

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
when do I get a reply o how to take off unwanted numbers, and it always says messages full?
base # *****(###) ###-####please call
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

I could not reply, because I did not have any details from you about the model.

I've sent an optional phone support offer at your request. If you prefer we can continue here in the chat format as well

I still need you to tell me, specifically, where you see/hear that messages are full. Is that something that people calling you hear? Something on the screen?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
got the message full off now just need to know how to get unwanted names and # *****
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Where are you seeing those? On the caller id list?
Or do you have programmed speed dials that you want to remove?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
on caller id list. the names and # ***** we don't wont.
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

So you want to remove individual entries, or the entire list?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
individual entries
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Okay, press the CID (down) button on a handset, bringing up the list,

up/down to arrow through until you get to the one you wanted to remove

you'll see a "soft key" come up, with the word ERASE on the screen, press the button just below that,

up/down to YES, SELECT

Repeat as needed

Please note:

I am an independent technician and I've spent my personal time, unpaid, in an effort to assist with the question for which you solicited my services. This site works on the honor system, and to that end, I have prioritized working with you ahead of other paying customers.

Although you’ve already paid your fee to the site, I am only compensated for my efforts when customers such as yourself leave positive feedback for my work. I do hope you’ll consider leaving a 5 star rating for me, rather than “shoot the messenger”, so that I may get credit for my time spent in good faith to answer your question accurately.
