VOice Mail Message via phone company appears on my screen of

VOice Mail Message via phone company appears on my screen of handset. I cannot erase this message. When I hit ACCESS it ials my own phone number, phone does not ring but handset makes buzzing noise and then cuts off. My phone company is a private one in my building. What do I do to get rid of this annoying screen so I can see the time and date on my phone?

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? It sounds like a Panasonic system, so that model should be printed on the bottom or back of the MAIN BASE and START with KX-TG.
2) How LONG have you had this system connected at this location, and WHEN did this issue first begin?
3) Did the phone service provider (phone company) give you any instructions on how to access THEIR voicemail system?
