My phone rings once, person calling say phone continues to ring on her end. Checked settings and no numbers blocked, only happens on this one number. Is there a master reset?

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, bear with us; re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the phone system. Additionally, who is your phone service provider please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Panasonic - KX TGF370 , KX TG585SK , SN 5CBXA81321
All other numbers seem to be getting through except one number.

Phone number (###) ###-####

Appreciate the additional information.

It may not be an issue with your phone nor service provider but most likely with that of the party calling. Can that person call any other number successfully?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She can call my cell phone and other numbers.

AT&T has a "Call Block" feature. Has this been engaged/enabled at your end?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not paying for that feature, should not be engaged.
Expert:  Louie replied 1 year ago.

I understand; still, can you please try dialing * 8 0 and listen post back with any operator message?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I get a busy signal when I dial *80.
Expert:  Louie replied 1 year ago.

Other than number/call blocking, there is no other feature that your phone nor your phone service provider would restrict only a specific incoming number.

Have you tried bringing this matter to the attention of AT&T at 1(###) ###-####

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not yet. I'll try now.
Expert:  Louie replied 1 year ago.

Yes please.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ATT office is closed, I'll try in the morning. Can I continue with this tomorrow?
Expert:  Louie replied 1 year ago.

Yes of course and would look forward to an update by tomorrow or when able.
