Customer Question

Hi... I currently own a CL82201. [Unfortunately I've misplaced the owners manual]
When the phone is in the base, and I receive an incoming call... the ringer does not sound.
I think I've set the ringer volume and ringer tone correctly, how can I get the ringer to sound when I get an incoming call??

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Is it ringing for you when not docked on the base?

No... It doesn't ring, docked or undocked...

Do you have just 1 handset?

Expert:  Nathan replied 2 years ago.

When you get a call, does it light up, give caller id info, etc?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
the display does light up with caller information... eventually, it states Missed calls...

Thank you for confirming. One last question: If you put the phone into speakerphone mode, do you hear anything that way (dial tone, other caller, etc)?

Expert:  Nathan replied 2 years ago.

On the handset that is, not the base.
