Last year bought Panasonic answering system KX-TG4771 Mode

Customer Question

Last year bought Panasonic answering system KX-TG4771
Mode KX -TG 4773B S/N: 3GAXA 023202
I never registered it.
Now people complain they can't get through or for some leave messages. They get a message the messages are full. It rings if I don't answer immediately nothing is on line.
I have deleted previous messages on the phone.
I called yesterday and got a tape suggesting I unplug the adaptor( I don't even know what that is); take battery out of mobile phones; I have 3 of them ..then put all back and call same phone number again 1800(###) ###-####
Well I didn't have any idea how to do this. Couldn't open mobile to take batteries out.
I feel stupid & if can't get it fixed will need to go and buy another system.

Can you tell me a bit more about the problem please?
Are you saying that when people call you, they leave a message, but none seem to be waiting for you when you press play on the base?

Can you do a quick test for me: Pick up the line, and tell me what you hear - a normal dial tone, a few beeps, or a fast tone?
