Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Can you tell me a bit more about the problem please:1) Do you have any problems with receiving calls? 2) Are there other phones or even a fax, outside of this system but on the same line? If so are they working properly?3) Is this a landline from the local phone/cable company, or a VOIP service (vonage/magicjack/etc)?4) Do you have dsl service on the same line?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
1) yes. Phone rings and no one there.
2) it is a two line system with intercom
we have two separate incoming/outgoing numbers
3) it is part of an Xfinity bundle with internet and TV.
Separate modem for phone lines
4) No DSL

Do you have any other phone that you can plug in and test, besides the panasonic? This is most likely a comcast/line fault, but testing another phone will help us confirm that. Please also try unplugging power to the modem for at least 60 seconds to fully reboot it, and let me know the results.Nathan
