I have a Panasonic KX-TA824 and I'm trying to connect on hold

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic KX-TA824 and I'm trying to connect on hold music through the plug in extension for music on the telephone system. I can't seem to get the music to play over the phone. Do you have any suggestions?

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
The audio source for "music on hold" needs to be selected as "External" in the system programming.
To set the source, press 1 1 1 - NEXT - SELECT (External) - STORE - END
