I own a Panasonic cordless KX-TG6533. I have been unable to receive phone calls. The phone will ring twice the it reverts to busy. Do I have it on hold? if so how do I release it.

May I ask:
1) If this happens for ALL CALLS?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line?
4) Can you still make OUTGOING calls?
5) Do you have a different phone line (such as a cell phone or neighbor's phone) you can use to TEST exactly what is heard when someone calls - from the caller's end?
