I am sorry - I hit the wrong button. I just purchased a new instrument as my old one was not receiving calls. Although I have tried to follow the installation instructions, when I receive a call, it goes directly to my carriers VM without the [phone ever ringing. I have tried to shot off the VM to the carrier, but unsuccessful. Help

May I also ask if you have access to a DIFFERENT phone line - such as a cell phone or friend/neighbor's phone - so we can do a quick TEST CALL?
