I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
In most cases, if a phone line is NOT working AND you have TESTED with more than one phone connected, then the issue is most commonly traced back to the service provider. If that is the case, you will want to contact the service provider (from a working phone), and report this issue so they can get it fixed for you.
