I understand. However, the Uniden's Ans. On/Off (depending on the base unit model) is often the ON/OFF at the base unit..
If you would prefer to use the Uniden's answering machine, you need to configure your voicemail settings and turn off voicemail from your myAT&T account. To turn off your voicemail, please follow these steps:
- • Log in to myAT&T using your Member ID and password.
- • Go to the Manage Voice Features page and select the Voicemail Settings tab.
- • Under General Preferences, select the Voicemail bar, and then select Off.
- • Select Save to turn your voicemail off.
