Just so you know you are we are not Magic jack. we are Just Answer
I can try and help you get you magic jack working but the service needs to be activated by magic jack first and it sounds like it is not.
When you plug in your magic jack you Should see your new phone number at the top of the magic jack window. if you do not then it is not registered yet.
It use to take about 1 week to transfer your old number to a magic jack acct.
I would suggest contacting Magic jack directly.
