Hello - maybe I can help.
This problem – symptom is consistent with the need to first UN register ALL handsets (see instructions below) , then unplug the base power for 15 seconds, and then re register ALL the handsets , one by one, as in the innitial installation. Often when you add a new handset, they are pre programmed to another base and this will allow you to "sync" the phones again:
