Sorry I didn't see your question earlier.
Can you please tell me if you have changed the "recording time" on the unit?
Please check that by pressing MENU #305 and then select 1 min or 3 min, then SAVE then OFF. Whatever you find for the setting (1. 3. etc.), please change it and save it and then test again by placing a test call to your system from another phone (such as a cell phone).
Please let me know your results - there are more things we can try - if needed.
