This matter is not resolved, I am unable to change the recorded message that goes out to our patients that call in. I followed your instructions, when I get to the question 'type in the mailbox # whose password you want to reset", what number am I to put in? We have 3 numbers in this office 443-1905, 443-1906 and 443-8099. The only number that pt's call us on is the 443-1905 and it will roll to the 443-1906 number. The 443-8099 is just an additional number here. So, what mailbox number do I put in?? Everything I put in does not work. Please help.
