Yes, you can keep your numbers, this is called "porting" or transferring your numbers over from your current carrier.

800 numbers should be available for an additional fee.

However you should be aware that magicjack is prone to technical difficulties and can have frequent outages, and sometimes poor voice quality, so you may not want to rely on it for a critical phone line or for all of your business lines.

If you decide to go forward, you'll need to buy a magic jack device for each line you wan to replace.

There are 2 models, the original which requires a usb connection to your computer (if you had 4, you'll probably want to dedicate a computer just for this, one with a hardwired not a wifi internet connection)

And there is the new MJ plus which connects directly to your router with an ethernet cable.

You'll need to put them in a location where you have access to an Ethernet cable, and nearby the phone that you want to use it with.

Note that if you have a pbx type system, MJ is not a good solution for you. If you just have a couple of 2 line phones connected to a wall jack or a splitter, then the MJ may be ok for you.

For business use, you'd probably be better off with a service like vonage or ooma, who have business level phone services, are still very affordable, but are going to have far superior call quality and reliability.
