Any resources with which I am familiar for doxycyline storage parameters and allowances for temperature excursions will not be useful here, as I cannot tell you what form of doxycyline is in that bottle or what excipients or preservatives may be in the formulation. Only the pharmacy will know that information. You would need to call them to determine if the drug needs to be replaced after being left all day at room temperature. However, since they are likely closed now, I would advise that you continue dosing until you get into contact with them. At worst, the drug may be less effective, but you do not want to abruptly stop antibiotic therapy. Call the pharmacy in the morning to see what they recommend for you to do with the rest of the bottle. You may need to have the doctor prescribe it again for the duration of the therapy.

Some liquid formulations of doxycycline can be stored at room temperature, at least for a time, so you may be in luck. but only the compounding pharmacy will have that information for you.
