What should I do about my sister's medication?

Hi, so my sister was diagnosed with bipolar disorder since 2011. She had a depressive episode followed by a severe manic episode back then. She has been taking treatment from psychiatrist ever since with on and off breaks due to which she has been stable most of the time but with two extreme depressive episodes that lasted for several months. So now the current situation is that she was having hypomanic episode since past week and she had skipped some medication and wrongly took some so she became hyper and agitated with racing thoughts etc. To overcome this she was given Haloperidol 5 mg Intramuscular 9 hours ago and she has been sleeping since then and just woke up a couple of hours ago to eat food and slept. Her doctor on phone in a hurry told us to give the medications I already mentioned to the assistant but as a pharmacy student I am very concerned about how to go about that medication regime and whether some safety changes have to be made.Before prescriptions in Canada up until February this year were these: sertraline 25 mg at night, quetiapine 25 mg at night, bupropion in morning.
Then she had to move to Pakistan, where after some mania symptoms: doctor told to stop sertraline and bupropion: and then started epival twice a day, quetiapine 50 mg at night. But she was not following this properly and was still taking bupropion sertraline, and was only taking epival once a day. Now she is in full manic episode so doctor prescribed the new ones on phone:
Epival (divalproex sodium) 1 tablet of 250 mg BD.
Kemadrin (procyclidine HCl) 1 tablet of 5 mg TD
Naze (Clonazepam) 1 tablet of 2 mg at night
Injection Serenace (Haloperidol) 5 mg I/M
Quetiapine 50 MG at nightI'm concerned that these might have a lot of interactions and unsure whether to give quetiapine or not after giving the Haloperidol injection today? But then quetiapine can't be abruptly stopped so what to do?Today she has taken only these ones:
Epival (divalproex sodium) in the morning in between 11:30am - 12pm (as per Pakistan time) ...

Kemadrin (Procyclidine HCl) 1 tablet
+ injection Serenase (Haloperidol) 5mg 4:45pm - 5pm.
Please guide how to go about it once she wakes up.

majority of these drugs are to be given at night like divalproex sodium, procyclidine HCl, clonazepam, Haloperidol & quetiapine. Should we give them altogether or separate by some hours?

OK so today her hyperactivity is much lesser than yesterday, so should we still give Haloperidol Intramuscular injection together with all others like quetiapine, divalproex sodium, clonazepam and procyclidine or skip it?

So you said that give Haloperidol only as per need and rest others are okay to continue? So we have been giving it I/M since past two nights and today we have Haloperidol in the morning oral 2.5 mg. If we decide not to give it tonight, would there be any withdrawal symptoms or would it be okay?
