Have you by chance ever had a metabolic drug test ran on you. To see which meds your body metabolizes well, which too quickly, or which so fast that they won’t even work for you? It’s just a little lab work. You should ask your doctor to perform this test panel on you.

I technically cannot tell you without a proper evaluation and a Doctors certificate what you would be better off doing. However, I think that is a very good question; you should absolutely take that up with your Doctor. Me personally. I could tell you that I would much rather take ambien to help myself sleep than to have to take Ativan. As Ativan becomes a dependent upon drug. And who wants all those extra issues right!

You may take ambien with sonata, yes. There are no drug interactions between the two meds.

I do like the ambien and lunesta combination. I think you will find that rather suiting to your specific sleeping needs.
