VerifiedHi this is Dr. Rollins unfortunately there are no OTC weight gain medications that are like megace furthermore OTC weight gain pills etc have not shown to be effective unless they are simply high in calories or fat content as a supplement to diet. The best way to gain weight OTC is to increase the number of calories as well as fat you take in you daily diet. I hope I have helped, and I have earned a 5 star rating!
