I would take half the dose of Sudafed to see if that helps without making your heart race. If still same issue, then but Afrin nasal spray and use that for 2 to 3 days. That works really well for nasal congestion but shouldn't be used for longer than a few days.If you also have a runny nose then take Claritin or Zyrtec OTC. They won't help much with congestion, but will stop the runny nose which causes the stuffiness.
