I have been on some form of stimulant medication for 26
i have been on some form of stimulant medication for 26 years. Was diagnosed at age 11, I'm currently 37 years old. I have tried every stimulant available. The best option for me has been Vyvanse with an afternoon dose of 20mg Instant Release Adderall. Ive been on Vyvanse, exclusively for over 10 years and am prescribed it 2x per day, once in a.m. and once in the afternoon, along with instant release aderall 20mg once in a.m and once in the afternoon. Ive taken every available dosage for Every stimulant on the market. For Vyvanse, Im currently on 40mg in am and 30mg in pm. And am on 20mg instant release aderall once in the morning and once in the afternoon. For years, I have been complaining that the Vyvanse DOES NOT prove to be effective in reducing symptoms beyond of a 3-4 hour duration of time since the drug has been in my system.
