Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that. When is the last time you saw a dentist? Do you have any other symptoms (swelling, fever, facial redness)?

No going to ER

I would recommend seeing a dentist as soon as you can. They will be able to evaluate you appropriately. It's possible you have an infected tooth / abscess. It's very possible that you'll need drainage of the infected area and antibiotics. For tonight you can take ibuprofen or naproxen to help with the pain. Take with food and plenty of water. Urgent care or ER will likely just give you an antibiotic and refer you to an dentist / oral surgeon
