I work constantly and have no time for a Dr visit with the hours I keep but I'm having sinus pressure cough wheezing and vomiting up phelm. Off and on low grade temperature for two days no . Can you help me?

Over the counter cold medicine

Thanks for the clarification. There are multiple over the counter cold medicines...not sure specifically which you have tried...but I recommend using Sudafed 12 hour 1 tablet twice a day, Mucinex DM Extended Release 1 tablet twice a day, Claritin 10 mg once a day, and a Neti Pot (with saline solution-1/2 teaspoon iodized salt and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda with 1 cup warm water) twice a day. If your symptoms continue for more than a week total, you have pain in your face, or symptoms worsen with these recommended treatments, you will need to stop in to an urgent care for antibiotics.
