Customer Question

Have a bad disk in my back and see a pain specialist. He done a urine test on me type g0483. And had some ambien from a older prescription that I filled on 7-2-2016 and woke up at one the day before the test and at 3 a.m. decided to take a ambien. Forgot to mention it to my doctor and wander what I should do?

Will it even show up. I am in the dark?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I do get 1 7.5 mg of hydrocodone from him per day for the last 3 months. I must mention.

If you had a prescription for the Ambien then there should be no problems as it was prescribed to you. I do not think it will be positive on the urine screen. Hopefully this fully answers your question. Once satisfied please rate my answer. Thanks.

How long do I have to take a prescription once it is filled? He done a urine test referenced as a g0483.
Expert:  Dr. C. Rollins replied 9 months ago.

If you obtained the medication with a prescription you can keep it as long as you want. The recommended expiration date is one year.
