I believe that my -term depression diagnosis is actually ADD

Customer Question

I believe that my long-term depression diagnosis is actually ADD or ADHD and think that trying Adderall could help. My MD does not make psychiatric diagnoses and there are no psychiatrists on my health care plan. Your advice?

I would suggest finding a physician other than your current physician who is willing to treat you fully, or let you current physician know that there are no psychiatrists on your health plan and you feel you need full treatment. If it helps there are treatments that can be used that are not controlled substances like Strattera. If you have further questions feel free to ask. Once satisfied please rate my answer. Thanks.
