Do you have any history of Hypertension or heart disease?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Not hypertension but yes rapid pulse secondary to MS lesions affecting heart and lungs. I take atenolol daily

Taking 2 tablets of Claritin D 24hrs in less than 24 hrs is not recommended. The total dose of pseudoephedrine is 480mg, this is more than the daily limit of 240mg. Since you already have history of rapid pulse, this can only make it worse. You should definitely call your doctor. If you are experiencing much faster rapid pulse consider going to ER.
