There are a number of prescription medications and some over-the-counter (OTC) medications that can help.

Prescriptions that you can get from your physician include Gabapentin, Pramipexole, Ropinirole, or Rotigotine.

For over OTCs, aside from Benadryl, include a good multivitamin that contains iron, calcium, B vitamins and magnesium. Herbal drugs to try include Passion Flower, Kava Kava or Valerian.

This is my initial answer. Please reply if you need further clarification or have more questions-I am happy to help!

When you're all set, please don't forget to leave a positive rating for me on the star scale. Thank you!
