I feel the best way to lose weight is to limit your calorie intake per day and spread your meals out to 5-6 small meals per day. Along with diet exercise at least 4-5 days per week doing mostly low weight high repetition exercises and 30-45 minutes of aerobic activities. After 3 to 6 months of this if you have not met your goal then meet with a physician to explore adding on medication treatments, but don't stop the diet and exercise routine.
