VerifiedYou can use clotrimazole or miconozole cream as a atifungal, selsum blue shampoo rubbed into the face, and very sparingly hydrocortisone cream for and anti-inflammatory. Limit the use of hydrocortisone to 14 days max as it can cause thinning of the skin. I would suggest the first two option first. Hopefully this fully answers your question.
