I am a type 2 diabetic no medication, and am considering taking a supplement containing L-arginine 75 mg ,L-Citrulline 25 mg,Cordyceps extract 25 mg, Butea superba 50 mg. I now find out it is not recommended for diabetics, what is the negative reaction

Most likely there are interactions between common used diabetic medications and the supplements.
