The recommendation for seroquel is to take it with light meal of about 300 calories. This will help with the stomach upset

Another option is to titrate up the dose gradually if he is getting a high dose rather than start him at a high dose.
Drugdad :
For the symptoms, he can try over the counter medications like emetrol for nausea or Mylanta/Maalox for the stomach upset.
