What are some Pharmacological/Medicine Treatments for Insomnia that do not Include, Antidepressants, Antipsychotics, or?

Thank You for Your Answer Actually, those do Help, well, as far as the OCD/Anxiety-PANDAS/PANS, nothing works, and nobody wants to try prophylactic antibiotics even though My life gets a lot better, OCD and Anxiety and even My Pain and Sleep when I am on Antibiotics for other things, when I get Strep and such, there is a definite worsening, it's been Noted, but even with the Titre/Titer (Spelling) being where it is for PANDAS/PANS, nobody does anything, have always been curious about the efficacy of IVIG or Plasmaphoresis.

For the Chronic Pain, I was on Exalgo ER 12 MG 1x Day (24 Hour Hydromorphone) and Norco 10/325 2-4x Day, but it was causing too much "Havoc" with Constipation and Fecal Impactions, after 2 back to back Fecaal Impactions (First One Apparently was Basketball Sized.... just to give an Idea of the Severity.), I Immediately Discontinued tthe Pain Meds, I know it's not Wise, but I've learned a lot about that Field of Medicine, My Mother always Jokes I know more than My Doctors as far as Pharmacology is Concerned. So now I am on 2 MG Hydromorphone PRN 2x Day for Breakthrough Pain until I can be evaluated for a Intrathecal Pump, Hopefully Prialt will work, I don't think that Constipates, and have Heard it work Miracles in Friends with Similar Issues.

Current Sleep Medicine Regimen is as follows:
4-6 MG Ativan
60-90 MG Temazepam
5-25 MG Zolpimist (Zolpidem)

I know it's a lot, but it's always taken a lot to Lightly Sedate Me Even, up until recently that was the Bare Minimum to even get Me to Fall Asleep, but it stopped working, and it had stopped working before I Discountinued and Changed the Narcotics as well, just want to be Clear that it wasn't related to that.

Did You mean Fiscally as in a Job or Physically? Either way, No Job, I'm a Student, and I'm not as Physically Active as I Used to be, but even when I Walked 8 Miles a Day or went to the Gym for Hours, it had no effect on My Sleep.

As far as Sedentary, Yes, due to bad back problems mostly, and arthritis.

And between not finding a doctor to help me but rather tell me in not the samme words of course "enjoy a LONG healthy life of 60+ more years of severe chronic pain" or doctors refusing to treat me because i am not a 40-60 year old, now is when they should treat, during the development, not when my life has reached a peak (on average), because how am i supposed to live if im in severe pain all the time, i swear these doctors lack either logic or compassion, or just assume im an addict, as if the scar from the surgery, 2 metal rods, and 4 screws wasnt proof enough that i am not lying... sorry didn't mean to go on a rant, but between dealing with that, and everything else and the pain, yes, a lot of stress, I have recently started Hypnosis, it helps, it helps the sleep, but it only Helps so much.

They don't use Chloral Hydrate/Somnote or Midazolam Outpatient do they? For some reason My Insurance has it on their Formulary (For Outpatient Meds...)

Rozerem and Lunesta both made Me feel very sick, one caused a bad taste, and both gave me bad headaches, and instead of sleeping at night, made me sleep all day.

As far as the Narcolepsy, My Neurologist is being a bit stuubborn, He want's to review over and over the ativan dosages before doing a sleep study. So that likely won't happen for quite a while, besides, while I do experience a lot of Narcolepsy/Cataplexy Symptoms, it just doesnt work in a sleep study, during a normal day it will all happen, but at the lab, im either too anxious or too agitated for any accurate result, is there another way to test besides a sleep latency?

I was looking to find something to Replace the Current Medications, as they are Ineffective, not to add on top of, to clarify.

I initially brought those 2 up, and to find out what other Medications could be an Option. Are there any other Medications Prescribed? A Stronger Benzodiazepine, or a Barbiturate, if still manufactured for Insomnia, Z-Drugs didn't work, Lorazepam, Temazepam, and Zolpidem have Stopped Working, and I don't react well to Rozerem, or Lunesta, and aside from Xyrem which will require a Dx. Or something like the Somnote/Chloral Hydrate or Comparable to Midazolam, but that actually is/could be Prescribed for Insomnias?
