I think sinarest is a good option for two of your symptoms: running nose and headache. I think the throat pain is a bit challenging to take care of without a prescription medication. Over the counter options are: Halls or any sore throat drops that have menthol with honey and lemon, salt water gargles, and warm liquids such as teas. I would recommend a prescription medication though, like a lidocaine mouthwash. I do think you should see your physician to make sure you don't have strep throat and need antibiotics.
