I'm sorry to hear that you're suffering a migraine.
With regards ***** ***** Treximet within one hour of taking diclofenac, I would advise against it. Both diclofenac, and an ingredient in Treximet, naproxen, are in the same class of drugs called, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). When taking high doses of these medications, you can be at a higher risk of bleeding. One of the most commonly experienced side effects at higher doses is stomach irritation, which can lead to stomach bleeding.
I would recommend waiting a minimum of 4 hours prior to taking the Treximet, and would encourage a 6 hour wait. If you chose to take the medication now, just be mindful of the risk of bleeding.
