Thanks for the question.
There are no drug interactions between botox and motrin. Also, since botox does not lead to bleeding, there would be no problem with taking motrin for symptomatic relief of the pain. I would start with 200 mg every 4 to 6 hours, and increase to 400 mg only if the 200 mg is ineffective.
