For Clopixol (Zuclopenthixol) taken as an IM (intramuscular) injection the typical dosage and frequency is between 100mg and 400mg every 2 weeks, respectively. This is for long-term maintenance. For short-term maintenance, doses can vary as you get started on the medication, but are usually within this range. The maximum weekly dose is 600mg during the initial 4 weeks.
Given your current dose of 300mg every 2 weeks, this would be considered a moderate dose (not at the low end or high end).
