For those under the age of 65 and without liver impairment, the starting dose of levitra is 10mg approximately 60 minutes before sexual activity. For those >65, the starting dose should be 5mg approximately 60 minutes before sexual activity. No single dose should be greater than 20mg.
If the 5mg isn't working, I'd think it's one of 3 options:
1 - The dose is too low (most likely option).
2 - The timing of the dose is incorrect.
3 - The medication does not work for you, and an alternative should be tried.
If you are taking the dose 60 minutes prior to sexual activity and not seeing any results, I would speak to your doctor about increasing it to 10mg.

Of the 3 medications you have listed, there are no major drug interactions with levitra. For those >65 years old, studies have shown no change in safety or efficacy at the 5, 10 or 20 mg dose. My only concern with increasing to 10mg is a possible drop in blood pressure given your two other medications for high blood pressure. If you were to take 10 mg, I would be mindful of any symptoms of low blood pressure such as: lightheaded, dizzy, or even faint. If you do feel them, go to the emergency room right away. Outside of that, I cannot see any reason not to take a 10 mg tablet, assuming the 5 mg therapy when taken appropriately has failed and there are no other major conditions that we have not discussed.
