I'm sorry to hear that your wife is having back pain. I am going to assume that she is having no problem with taking the Multaq and Dilt-CD together and is stabilized on both, as these medications do interact with each other.
As for taking cyclobenzaprine or APAP w/Codeine in combination with the two arrhythmia medications, there is NO documented literature stating an interaction individually or concomitantly with these medications. They do not affect any of the absorption, distribution, metabolism or excretion of the medications.
