Hello, I’m Kristen and I will be your Veterinary Assistance today, and as always, it’s my pleasure to assist you today. I may ask for some preliminary information to help me determine the condition or symptoms.
I do not have the facility to make phone calls. You will be offered a call automatically by the system and if accepted, you will be transferred to another agent and this chat will end. You can chose to decline and continue on the chat
I need to clarify the following to help me understand further.
I was wondering how Eldrick is doing and if you still needed some advice
Kristen JustAnswer
I am sorry I have not been able to speak to you directly but we appear to have missed on another.
If Eldrick is behaving normally otherwise I would keep a close eye on him over the coming days.
When this part of the eye shows it can indicate they are feeling unwell or possible eye trauma.
Rabbits are very good at hiding if they are unwell so close monitoring would be needed. If he has any discharge or appears to have any kind of reduction in his activity level, eating or passing feces or urine, I would advise taking him to the vet for an examination
You could also try bathing his eye 2 or 3 times a day to see if it helps with the issue. Possibly he has managed to get something into it causing the issue. It could be as simple as that.
Do monitor him closely though anyway just incase.
I will be online for another 7 hours if you need anything else.
I trust that everything has now been answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to me on JustAnswer. In the meantime, I wish you all the best.
