I have a guinie pig. Her right eye is red and there is cloudy discharge coming from it. I’m wondering what I can do to

I understand your concern.  Can you upload close-up photos of the right eye to our conversation?  You can upload photos by using the paperclip or add file icons above your message box...if you can see those icons on your device.  You can also use an external app such as dropbox or navigate to justanswer.com/help/using-justanswer and scroll down to "other".  Finally, you can send photos to***@******.*** but they can take quite some time to reach me in that manner. I see severe conjunctivitis most often of bacterial origin.  

Various bacteria can be isolated from the conjunctival sac in these pets diagnosed with conjunctivitis with Chlamydophila caviae most common in young pets. Over the counter (not in all states) Terramycin ophthalmic ointment* dosed as a dab on to the cornea (clear window of the eye) thrice daily for 10 consecutive days is a good choice of treatments. If you can't find this ointment over the counter, the next best choice is https://vetericyn.com/product/vetericyn-plus-antimicrobial-ophthalmic-gel/ Discontinue its use if you see worsening rather than improvement.
