Hi I have a Guinea Pig that got out of her cage earlier today and has been acting strange. She seemed to be very scared earlier, now she can't seem to stand up. I don't understand what's wrong though?
JA: Hi there. I'll do all I can to help. Does anything look different with the guinea pig's legs/feet?
Customer: Not that I can see. When I pick her up she can move them still as well. It's almost like the weight of her body is too much for her
JA: What's the guinea pig's name and age?
Customer: Her name is*****'m not sure her exact age, but it's between 5 and 6 years
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know about Timmy?
Customer: Briefly her eye seemed to be half open on one side, but she opened that so I don't know if it's important

New baby bunny has a swollen foot bunny is 9 weeks old
JA: I'll do all I can to help. When did you first notice this swelling? Does the bunny lick the skin as well?
Customer: today. She has been licking a little bit
JA: What's the bunny's name?
Customer: Judy
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
Customer: We got her from a women that had rescued a pregnant mom bunny. The mother is most likely flemish giant

We got a dewarf hamster in May and she is bleeding
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How badly is the hamster bleeding? When did this start?
Customer: we noticed it yesterday and it’s not a lot..
JA: And what's the hamster's name and age?
Customer: her name is ***** ***** the pet store had just gotten the shipment the day we bought her

Customer: she’s eating drinking very playful..but she’s bleeding from her girl section
